- Position Title**:Export Officer/ Customer Service Officer (Export)**:

- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6.18 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process export orders and coordinate shipment with customers, transporters, and warehouse
- Serve as a liaison providing shipping details to the customers whereby advising appropriate individuals of order changes as they occur.
- Ascertain accurate and timely data processing into the freight solutions systems
- Identify problems, consider alternative solutions, and make recommendations for action.
- Provide support/ service to customers
- Ensures high-quality customer service and engagement by frequently interacting with external customers

- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office and equipped with IT skills will be preferred.
