**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Create job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Basic Chinese proficiency
