Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborating with the HR team to manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in software engineering and cloud engineering
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools
- Good knowledge of software engineering for both front end and back end engineering, as well as cloud engineering
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any field.
