**What you'll do**:

- **Revenue Generation & New Growth**: Achieve revenue targets and drive new growth through sales initiatives. Explore new markets, implement effective lead generation strategies, and contribute to the sales strategy roadmap.
- **Sales KPI**:Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets. Provide accurate and timely sales reports, analysis, and actionable steps to improve performance. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment that encourages the achievement of sales goals.
- **Sales Excellence**: Improve sales processes, and workflows, and contribute to technical excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- **Sales Team**: Support individual team members to achieve their KPIs through coaching and performance assessment. Successfully recruit, hire, and train new sales team members. Establish a scalable framework for team growth and contribute to team performance.
- **Analysis and Planning**: Collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively to identify trends and make informed business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders and management to understand business needs and provide insights for planning and strategy development.
- **Sales Innovation**: Scout and implement innovative strategies that drive sales growth. Conduct workshops and generate creative ideas to improve sales effectiveness and explore new opportunities.
