**Job Scope**:
The Media Operations Strategist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the paid media team, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels such as paid search, display, social and programmatic media. In this role, you will build strong relationship with new and existing clientele; and remain in communication with key local markets on campaign management progress and overall servicing to ensure excellent client satisfaction levels. You will be required to work closely with the local and global team to plan, discuss and implement campaign strategy, and report on progress and results.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage client communication on a day-to-day basis.
- Support and collaborate with the team to create successful, cross channel campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the paid media team, including but not limited to workflow, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of media operations in line with company’s business objectives.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met, completed within budget, and that quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables are on track and meet expectations.
- Review and analyse data, monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvements and growth in various markets.
- Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity in operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the status of media operations.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and find creative solutions to client-specific needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and communications or equivalent.
- 4 years in paid media operations with digital platform and ad ops technical experience.
- Proven track record of successful project management with experience in process and continuous improvement projects.
- Possess the ability to communicate directly with clients and can present ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem solving and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to think and act independently and with a team.
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Be a proactive self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of the media industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, digital tech and tools.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to learn new skills and develop overall understanding of Paid Media and analysis.
- Proficient in the use of various analytics programs/platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macros.
- Advanced knowledge of the capabilities of Paid Media trafficking platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Campaign manager 360 and Studio, and Facebook Business Manager.

**Salary**: $4,300.00 - $4,800.00 per month
