Clear-Com is currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager - APAC region. In this role, you will develop, support, and control sales of Clear-Com and Trilogy products within the assigned territory. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.
**What you will do in the position**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and define routes to market
- Build and maintain a network of contacts relevant to the defined territory and markets
- New Accounts/ and New Market Opportunities
- Collaborates with management to establish and execute the annual sales goal for the region
- Collaborates with regional sales team member(s) to maximize sales revenue to meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Deliver timely Forecasts quarterly and monthly for sales within the territory
- Maintains regular partner and customer visits
- Enters and updates all sales calls, opportunities and customer visits in the CRM
- Follows-up, qualifies and closes sales leads generated through various mediums such as web leads, trade shows, and inbound calls.
- Assists other regions as directed by Clear-Com management
- Submits correct and accurate monthly expense report as prescribed by company policy
- Additional Business From Existing Accounts
- Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses
- Manages Clear-Com promotional programs
- Develops and promotes competitive advantages
- Track and maintain details on performance to target
- Resolves price, service, and delivery disputes as required
- Prepares periodic written status reports on assigned territory accounts
- Maintains regular customer contact with key decision makers
- Prepares periodic written status reports on account activities and opportunities
- Address cross-regional sales situations by collaborating closely with the regional and international sales teams.
- Represent group needs in product development discussions and processes with Product Management and Engineering.
- Provide relevant feedback to executive management regarding specific needs of the Sector.
- Trade Show Preparation and Attendance
- Assists in identifying and coordinating trade shows
- Assists with the setup, tear down, and shipment of trade show booths and equipment
- Performs live demonstrations of Company products and presents company service programs
- Prepares trade show status reports on business potential, customer problems, and competitive activities
**What you will need to succeed in this position**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficient at Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and overall PC business use
- Management skills including contract negotiation/management, product training, account management, developing promotional programs, and developing repair programs
- Proven experience with direct selling and skilled at equipment demonstrations
- Sound working knowledge of electronic principles
- Minimum of 7 years in-the-field experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a pro-audio sales role
- Associates Degree - Preferred
The posted pay range, 159,652 SGD to 183,600 SGD, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
