Based in Singapore, you'll play a critical role in our APAC expansion, working with a small but dedicated team of project managers and consultants, supported by presales SMEs. You'll have autonomy to make local decisions, drive sales, and shape the success of the region. Note: We can only consider applications from Singaporean nationals or those with Permanent Residency. What You Will Do You'll drive APAC growth by turning conversations into long-term partnerships, selling the full Vyntra solution: Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for APAC, from prospecting to closing. Own and grow a pipeline of new opportunities while expanding existing relationships. Lead and manage the regional team, making decisions on forecasting and strategy, while being hands-on when needed. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage dedicated presales SMEs to deliver value. Represent Vyntra at industry events, confidently leading the conversation. Who You Are We're looking for a creative, self-starting sales professional with a proven record in consultative fintech solution selling: Experienced in running a small team or managing a small regional business unit. Thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments and comfortable with ambiguity. Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and low-ego leadership style. Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Naturally builds trust and long-term relationships with clients, partners, and peers.
