**About the opportunity**:
Great opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager from payments industry to join an international fast-growing fin-tech company to become a key CRM person in the region responsible for handling the merchants and customer relations operations in APAC acting as a part of Customer Success global team.

**Key Success Metrics**:

- Act as a primary contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Keep partners consistently updated and enable them to leverage new features as we release them (upselling).
- Convert qualified inbound leads into valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organisation.
- Understand client’s goals, challenges, and pain points, and work collaboratively with the integrations product team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Skilfully manage incoming leads, showcasing technical selling skills and product knowledge through effective presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with partners and leverage these connections to enhance the merchant experience.
- Drive commercial and portfolio growth by meeting partners' needs and achieving strategic, data-driven targets for assigned partner accounts.
- Act as a feedback loop for the organization, gathering partner feedback, evaluating evolving needs, and communicating insights to relevant departments.
- Coordinate the upscaling of operations related to the Customer Success Department for the Asia office, liaising with involved departments/teams.
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to track client health and identify areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role in the fintech/crypto industry.
- Senior or team lead experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis; willingness to learn SQL.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently, find solutions to complex challenges, and possess strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
