After Sales Engineer, South East Asia for Blower & Vacuum (B&V), shall manage day to day Service support operation supporting the commercial team to resolve service matters in a timely manner to increase customers’ satisfaction and reduce customers’ downtime.

He / She will coordinate servicing support either through external business partners or directly with internal service team and he or she will also be responsible to grow Aftermarket sales activities for B&V products to deliver overall assigned target in both revenue and margin growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **_Service Operation_**: Coordinate servicing support either through business partners or directly with the help of internal service team to deliver our service excellence promise to customers.
- **_Service Excellence and Process Development_**: Maintain service quality and establish standards across our business partners and internally to meet and exceed customers’ expectation and to uphold our company purpose and values.
- **_Service Ambassador_**: Become a service ambassador to promote the importance and good practice of regular servicing intervals and basic maintenance training.
- **_Data Analysis_**: Analysis the aftermarket needs and establish sufficient spare parts inventories for both internal and external business partners to ensure our products are well maintained reducing unnecessary downtime for customers’ operation.
- **_Business Operation_**: Delivers and exceeds the operating plan for South East Asia in term of assigned key financial and operational metrics.
- Other responsibilities are as assigned or required._

**MEASUREMENTS**:

- Achieves assigned financial quota Blower & Vacuum South East Asia business for Aftermarket Sales.
- Meets assigned expectations for margin profitability.
- Maintains high satisfaction ratings on repair time and servicing response time.
- Sufficient Inventories for both internal and external business partners to meet and exceed both customers and company expectation.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 year of experience in technical service support or technical service sales related job scope.
- Experience in Blower and Vacuum Product would be a plus.
- Ability to interact with people and management at all levels with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic) or etc.
- Proficient in appropriate computer software necessary to successfully navigate the job (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin language would be an advantage for this role.
- Able to travel overseas as and when required.
