Project & Application Engineer, South East Asia for Blower & Vacuum (B&V), shall manage day-to-day management of the Project activities which support the commercial team to achieve and deliver overall business target in both revenue and margin growth.

He / She will spearhead and take initiative to find project leads, working closely with commercial team to evaluate project opportunities, submit project proposals and tendering with optimum Product offers and all the necessary documentation with the help of the factories. He or She will oversee the completion of the project from the 1st day till project completion with after-project support not limited to product training and support as and when required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **_Project Business Development_**: Take proactive initiatives to discover project leads with the commercial team and convert them into revenues.
- **_Process Development_**: Evaluate project requirements and submit a suitable product proposal. Work with the commercial team for proposal submission and securing of the order and with technical team for technical aspects, pricing and documentation support.
- **_Project Management_**: Manage day-to-day activities to ensure the project is executed and implemented successfully to meet and exceed the client’s expectation. After-project support is required as and when the clients requested.
- **_Cost Management_**: Cost Control to meet the project budget.
- **_Business Operation_**: Delivers and exceeds the operating plan for South East Asia in term of assigned key financial and operational metrics.
- **_Product Training_**: Sales Training on Project Applications to increase market opportunity awareness to commercial team, leverage on success stories and increase our market share.
- **_Market Analysis_**: Evaluate market trends and needs to feedback potential opportunities to factories to develop suitable product offerings to launch in market.
- Other responsibilities are as assigned or required._

**MEASUREMENTS**:

- Achieves assigned financial quota Blower & Vacuum South East Asia business for Project Sales.
- Meets assigned expectations for margin profitability.
- Maintains high satisfaction ratings on technical inquiry response time and proposal.
- Achieves overall pipelines to bookings conversation rate meeting company expectations.
- Meets Blower & Vacuum market shares incremental growth that meet company growth plan.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 year of experience in project management, project engineering or project planning.
- Strong technical knowledge on Blower and Vacuum Products.
- Ability to interact with all levels of engineering and management to deliver project proposal effectively through excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic) or etc.
- Proficient in appropriate computer software necessary to successfully navigate the job (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin language would be an advantage for this role.
- Able to travel overseas as and when required
