- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Work with the engineering team to understand the technical details of products and to resolve customer issues.
- **Solution Development**:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Customize product solutions to suit the specific needs of clients.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and reports.
- **Training and Support**:

- Train customers and internal teams on product functionalities and features.
- Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers as needed.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Identify and suggest new product opportunities and improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Sales and Business-Related Fields.
- Basic Computing Knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Certifications related to sales or the technical field of expertise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $2,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
