NannyPro is seeking **one motivated individual **with experience working with children with special needs.

Individual to be involved in:

- Interview and manage onboard carers (nannies, educarers, respite carers)
- Assigned carers to clients request and schedule assignments.
- Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs.
- Provide support during pre / during and post placement process.
- Manage placement assignements.
- Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
- Other office admin work assiged.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Degree holders in the field of early childhood, special education, human resource management and social work will be welcome to apply. (Graduated in year 2019 / 2020 / 2021).
- Mid-career switch professional are welcome.
- Good communication skills (both in writing and conversing)
- Preferably has experience working in a special needs organisation or deals with speical needs children before.
- Optional : CEI certification is preferred.
