TaF.tc is looking for a driven and passionate individual that has a heart to help mid-career switchers and fresh graduates to find jobs and opportunities in the industry after going through TaF.tc training programmes.

This role is very dynamic as you will be tasked to manage events, provide advice, and keep abreast of the changing job landscape for both the fashion and retail industry.

**Here's What You'll Do Day to Day**
- Source for internship opportunities by collaborating and pitching to companies in both the retail and fashion industries
- Manage placement grants awarded to TaF.tc by tracking utilisation rate of the grant and developing strategies to utilise such grants more effectively
- Create events to bring awareness and market opportunities with fashion and retail companies to student database as well as potential new students.

**Here's What We Are Looking For**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bold and unafraid to speak to corporate clientele
- Has a patient personality
- Willingness to adopt and create new strategies to hit KPIs
- Strong implementation skills
- Strong independent operator but also works well in a time
- Unafraid to voice opinions and evoke change

**Here’s What Is Minimally Required**
- Bachelor Degree and above.
- Strong command of English, ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
- Adept at Microsoft excel, powerpoint, word.
- Strong mathematical skills and understanding of costs,profits and revenue to develop financially sustainable solutions.
