**Asia MMB Placement Facility Leader**

**What can you expect?**

**What is in it for you?**
- Regular engagement with all MMB countries to drive aggressive client utilization of facilities focusing on efficient, profitable and client centric solutions. This will involve all aspects from product and service design, sales and marketing, operations and technology along with insurer negotiation with this role ultimately responsible for the success of the MMB Asia facility strategy.
- Overseeing governance - ensure all countries are following the global framework for facilities and solutions are fit for purpose, complying with operating principles including structure, compensation, insurer selection, service provided and customer need.

**We will count on you to**:

- Assist APAC Placement Leader to develop and execute facility strategy across Asia, which involves senior level engagement including Segment Leadership, Specialty Leadership and Executive Team.
- Collaborate closely with all other regions to leverage best of facility solutions and follow global practices with regular engagement with International MMB Facility Leader.
- Provide critical insights and information to carrier partners in across Asia to ensure our facility strategy is understood and capacity is available when needed.
- Evaluate efficiency of all solutions, and implement actions to lapse, consolidate or expand existing facility solutions.
- Manage frameworks and systems for capturing transaction level placement information for facility solutions and partnering with carriers to optimize operational efficiencies.
- Assist to lead and drive global initiatives across commercial and corporate to maximize facility penetration across Asia.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in any discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Should be a self-starter who can challenge status quo by bringing in fresh ideas that help improve the practice deliverables
