**Job Description Summary**
This role oversees administrative and financial management, operations, and team development, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. It requires strong leadership to drive process improvements, optimize resources, and enhance overall performance.
**About the Role**:
- Team Leadership & Development - Guide, mentor, and manage staff performance, training, and career development.
- Financial & Compliance Management - Oversee procurement, budget adherence, and statutory compliance.
- Operations & Process Improvement - Ensure efficient workflow, accurate reporting, and adherence to internal controls.
- Stakeholder & Tenant Communication - Manage interactions with tenants, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Asset & Call Center Management - Oversee fixed asset verification, procurement, and call center operations to maintain efficiency and others ad-hoc duties as assign.
**About You**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of managerial experience in operations or facilities management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and assess staff performance effectively.
- Strong knowledge of financial approvals, fixed asset management, procurement, and compliance processes.
- Experience in call center operations, tenant communication, dispute resolution, and service optimization.
- Proficiency in workforce management systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint), strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills to manage workflows, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
