**Responsibilities**
- Provides support to centre operations and general administrative work
- Maintains the centre's database
- Liaise with principal, teachers, parents, and different regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters for families
- Collection of monthly school fees and invoices and supplier payments
- Prepares monthly accrual
- Assist in the timely ordering and replenishing of office items, daily menu items and teaching resources.
- Attend to telephone calls and feedback from parents
- Process enrolment documents and follow up with parents for pending documents and fees
- Assist in other admission activities, as and when needed by the school
- To deliver all other admin duties assigned by the principal and management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 'N' Level with at least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Has initiative, is proactive and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as a team player

**Location**
- Yishun Ave. 7 (Blk 173)

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Only 1 Saturday per month: 8.00am to 12.30pm

**Salary**

$2,100 above (Salary will commensurate with education and experience)
