
Childcare Sales Administrator Yishun

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sales Administrator to join our friendly childcare team.
You will help with enrolment, fee collection, and daily centre operations, while keeping things running smoothly between parents, teachers, and HQ.
Training and guidance will be provided to help you perform your duties effectively and work closely with the Centre Leader and Cluster Manager. Upon completion of training, you are expected to manage your responsibilities independently and with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries, registrations, withdrawals, waitlist and fee collection
- Maintain enrolment records and follow up on leads to achieve targets
- Prepare finance documents, process GIRO deductions and track payments
- Provide front-desk customer service and assist with parent communication
- Support marketing activities and upkeep of sales materials
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, purchasing, maintaining fixed asset records and liaising with vendors
- Assist and participate in centre/company events and ensure compliance with ECDA guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 'N' Level with 1–2 years of administrative experience (preschool experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — must have Microsoft Office installed on own laptop
- Proficient in basic finance and administrative tasks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organisational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently after training
- Experienced in handling administrative duties in a local preschool setting
Additional Information:
- An online skills assessment will be conducted during the interview to test administrative and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Candidates must have access to a laptop with Microsoft Office installed to complete the assessment
