**Job Description**:
You will be assisting the Group Technology team to develop and improve internal dashboards for management and support analysis, as well as automate processes to alleviate the workload of ground staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create dashboards for internal department usage, as well as improve the user experience of the current dashboard by adding more infographics- Create and improve automation for extracting, populating, and processing data- Improve the current internal SharePoint website for with more Guides and Website Section- Assist to design workflow and SOP documents for Regional IT, Service Desk and Staff- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines- Skilled in Power BI- Able to do VBA Scripting- Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath (RPA), Microsoft Forms and Power Automate- Experience with SharePoint and ability to do web design
