**Business Partner & Solutions**
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

**What impact can you make in this role?**
We are looking for potential talents to join our Technology Group as an AVP, Business Analyst with a focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance systems in Digital Enterprise Solutions.

**What will you do as a Business Analyst?**
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand business processes, collect requirements and design solutions, ensuring seamless implementation of features and integrations across custom-built, hybrid and SaaS platforms
- Leverage a deep understanding of SaaS platform capabilities to guide phased adoption of new features, focusing on user enablement, process optimization, and long-term sustainability.
- Make platform-level decisions regarding architecture, security, and integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adhere to technology best practices and business requirements.
- Assist in management of the full product lifecycle. Prioritize features and tasks for products and platforms, tracking and reviewing the product direction frequently. Measure product performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform enhancements, evaluating potential impacts or opportunities and incorporating them into a continuous improvement plan for the platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to product specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across all users and teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in IT project management, software development, business analysis, or product management.
- Proven ability to assess and implement complex platform architectures, balancing technical constraints and business objectives.
- Familiarity with IT governance, security requirements, and best practices for managing enterprise platforms.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders with product objectives.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to translate complex technical issues into actionable steps aligned with business needs.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate efficiently across cross-functional teams, and maintain clear documentation.
- Experience working with product design, product marketing and using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with corporate services business domains (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and relevant technology products in these domains will be a plus.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI).
