**About our group**:
The Operations & Technology Advanced Analytics Group work for initiative helping our internal customers turn thedata they have into the information they need to develop and deliver industry-leading storage solutions.

**About the role - you will**:

- Assist with analyzing data, databases, data reporting and duties related to deployment of data solutions.
- Work with the team, business experts and other stakeholders to help ensure that projects can be carriedout successfully.
- Carry out tasks including data ETL, configuring data sources, collecting data and so on.
- Expect to assist with testing and documentation activities, and to help with simple troubleshooting

**About you**:

- Possess knowledge of basic data science concepts, able to use Python comfortably as well as the differentdata file formats.
- Experience with UI driven data management and business analytics tools will be beneficial. (E.g.: Tableau,KNIME, Qlik)
- Are familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of SharePoint will be beneficial but optional asopportunities will be available to learn on the job.
- Ideally, you enjoy helping other people solve problems and have interest in the fields of data science, digitaltransformation and business process engineering.

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessiblefrom the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available. Being a purpose-built building; The Shugart has excellent employee recreationalfacilities. Take an active break at our badminton courts, table tennis tables, in-house gym and recreation rooms.Our yoga and Zumba classes are very popular. We also offer classes and interest groups in photography,gardening and foreign languages, and have various on-site celebrations, and community volunteer opportunities.
