**Job Description**:
You will provide support to the team in the daily operations, including maintaining the systems. You will also assist the team on new projects as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the process of understanding business process requirements, so as to design and configure workflow solutions to support business needs accordingly
- Assist in implementing system enhancements at different stages of the development lifecycle - business requirements, functional specifications, and testing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, or any other related disciplines
- Possess knowledge in programming languages
- Has business processes/analytics skills
- Knowledge in mobile app development will be advantageous
