You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

**How you will contribute**

You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Highly exposure position, within extensive stakeholders network collaboration

**Education / Certifications**:

- MBA preferred

**Job specific requirements**:

- With 5-10 years of proven experience on Ocean field and at least 5 years exposure in managing Global Ocean Tenders
- Knowledge on CSO: tool functionality, scenario set up and data analysis
- Experience managing Visual tools: Graphical visualization of large database
- Responsible for the Global Ocean freight strategy definition, global tender execution, global ocean, market intelligence and benchmarking
- Representing the team in global strategy, deliver KPIs and, global best practices implementation
