Lead the Commercial Capability Strategy of the Organisational Unit and System in Asean & South Pacific (ASP). Develop an end-to-end approach to step change system commercial capabilities. Communicate and influence whole ASP system key stakeholders to drive the capability implementation.
- Develop a long-term capability development strategy and multi-year plan including Competency Model / Assessments, Experiences, Exposure opportunities, Talent programs, Engagement initiatives, process and tools for implementation, skills building and matrix of measurement.
- Stewart partnerships with Customer Commercial Leadership (CCL), Franchise, HR, bottler, global team, partners, and vendors during the process of design and implementation.
- Conduct and implement the interventions, solutions, training programs/workshop for OU and bottlers audience. Work closely with OU commercial, region and bottlers to track, review and continuous optimize the plan and process, to enable every market to be best-in-market in core commercial capability.
- Lead the alignment and roll-out business commercial programs/workshop based on local bottlers business needs. Continuous track, review and optimize the plan, process and tools.
- Driving alignment with bottlers, franchise & HR for the global commercial capabilities. Institutionalize the approach with methodology, toolkits, playbook, and scale to the entire System and global.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Strong **business acumen** with broad and deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers is mandatory with ability to bridge consumer/brand opportunities with customer relevance.
- Understand, analyze and **connect** what matters to our bottlers, Consumers, Shoppers, Customers and the Industry.

- ** System Understanding**: In depth knowledge of system processes and operations - including Bottler
- ** Strong Analytical** as well as integrating multiple data points into a compelling, actionable narrative
- ** Drives Execution**: Delivers Results - Focuses on the critical few objectives that add the most value and channels own and others' energy to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- ** Negotiation & Influencing**: Exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties' support and acceptance
- ** 10+ years of experience**, preferably worked in a consulting or educational firm or experience working within the Coca-Cola System. Rich system experience plus business management and people development experience in multinational FMCG is plus.
