**Overview**
- Responsible for venue and Head Office recruitment
- Partner with local institutions to develop a talent pipeline into entry level positions
- Provide weekly data analysis to the Group HR Director
- Develop an interview and assessment framework and implement and manage this moving forward
- Have a clear understanding of MOM guidelines and full understanding on visa requirements
- Ensure fair recruitment practices in screening, interviewing and selection at all times follow up with ensuring reference and background checks are completed
- Upkeep and develop new effective recruitment channels and to recommend design and communication for recruitment collaterals as well as to maintain adequate supplies and resources.
- Review social media storyboard/landing page/job postings to ensure standards are maintained.
- Manage pre-boarding, onboarding and off boarding of employees.
- Analyze and benchmark data to provide recommendations, timely and accurate update on recruitment tracking, plans and results.
- Other project as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or higher, degree preferred
- At least 1 Year of working experience in a talent acquisition function or agency
- Experience working within F&B or service industry
- Demonstrated strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with hiring managers.
- Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient
- Analytical and able to work with data
