**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job description**:
We're looking for a double agent: someone who will advocate for the good that 99 does to the real estate industry in Singapore, and yet stand firmly by our users and their frustrations when feeding back requests to the team.
**What you'll do**:
- You will be the key driver to ensuring a seamless customer experience journey
- Lead a team of executives to drive the initiative
- Conduct/gather and monitor information from customer interviews/surveys to get close up data
- Maintain a healthy NPS
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues based on data received
- Managing the post-sale service delivery engagement and integration through deployment of knowledge through communication mediums, and growing the relationship thereafter
- Conceptualize and lead onboarding engagements
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, service, finance and marketing teams to deliver customer satisfaction and provide product roadmaps and feature improvements related to it
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage both customers’ and organisations’ key objectives and results
- Effectively project manage and create organized plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding
**Requirements**:
- 5-6 years of on the ground customer support experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- A people’s person
- Strong leadership skills - be the person who works the ground as well
- High service standards expectations
- Fast learner
