You will create an inclusive and collaborative serviced apartment community.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Takes care of all guests from arrival to departure
- Assist residents with self-check-in and mobile key-card activation
- Handle guest queries regarding facilities, services, registrations, and other information.
- Conduct tours for new residences, potential residents, and business partners.
- Receives and conveys messages to guests promptly.
- Monitor record of room availability through PMS/RMS
- Compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Ensuring cleanliness of property through regular rounds in social spaces
- Light housekeeping/ engineering duties. Liaise with relevant outsourced contractors for cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintaining resident preference profiles.
- Supervise in-house events with compliance to house rules and intercede/ escalate issues as they arise.
- Solving issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
- Assist to plan events calendar.
- Proactively interact with residents and provide constructive recommendations to enhance their stay experience.
- Handle correspondences relating to residents.
- Proactively interact and understand residents’ requirements, and given authority to meet their needs.
**Job requirements**:
- Dynamic and self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for entrepreneurial, tech, creative and collaborative communities.
- Knowledge of current trends and happenings in the local sector.
- Attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in both English and a local language.
- Having a skill/ talent.
- 5-days work week shifts (including night shifts).
