**Position Overview**:As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Management**:Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to import and export processes.
- **Communications Coordination**:Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications, memos, and announcements.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company personnel as needed.
- **Logistics Support**:Assist in coordinating logistics for import and export activities, including tracking shipments, preparing shipping documents, and liaising with freight forwarders and customs agents.
- **General Assistance**:Ad-hoc administrative support to various departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- As the job require frequent interactions with overseas customers/suppliers, communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics.
- Prior working experience in a Japanese company (preferable but not required)
