The Repair Administrator is responsible for administering customer repair orders within the company and the company's repair orders to repair stations, ensuring correct work scopes and commercial terms are applied, and to monitor performance and KPI attainment.
Duties & Responsibilities
**Pre-requisites**:
Min GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma Holder At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Aerospace Industry, in close contact with vendors; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP; Fluent in English.
**Personal attributes**:
Precise and rigorous; Good team player and be able to maintain good relationships with vendors and colleagues; Dynamic, autonomous, proactive and team spirit; Ability to work under pressure with high demanding customers; Problem solving skills.
