**Accounts Receivable / AR Exp**:
- **1 Year Contract**:
**Job Scope**:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Function
- Registry of supplier invoice, process payment & recording payment in accounting software
- Updating customers receipt in accounting software
- Assist in daily accounting data entries and month end closing
- Assist in Intercompany reconciliation
- Cash management including banking activities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Handling of administrative accounting and administrative duties, including staff reimbursement
- Assist on GST Filings
- Assist in preparing audit schedules, which include AP, AR and Intercompany Confirmation
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in Accountancy
- Possess minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prior experience in MNC / Shared Service environment is advantageous
- Prior regional / multi-currency experience is advantageous
- Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Good time management

- Location: CBD
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: Up to $3200/mth + Completion Bonus
