Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Construction industry. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible. The Finance Manager is responsible for

**This position is a 1 year contract, renewable/ convertible to permanent**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in maintaining and controling full spectrum of Accounts and process including statutory requirement
- Responsible in handling group consolidation
- Responsible in ensuring timely accurate month and financial year closing
- Responsible in preparing and maintaining accounting journals, audits schedules and reconciliations, financial statements and management reports
- Responsible in preparing, analysing and communicating Project Costing, Actuals vs Budget variance, etc
- Responsible in preparing and submitting GST, Corporate Tax Returns, and Tax Computation, etc
- Responsible in addressing and resolving issues related to accounting and taxation
- Responsible in supervising and providing guidance to accounting staffs on all accounting related matters
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance / Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Prior experience in a construction company
- Prior experience with Microsoft NAV and Group Consolidation is a must
