Duration: 1 year contract

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the daily operations of Singapore Ecommerce platforms (desktop, mobile web & mobile app) to drive optimal conversion opportunity & discovery of products and offers.
- Coordinate & execute ecommerce campaigns with a focus on conversion, app penetration, user engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign briefing of evergreen app recruitment campaign.
- Amplify marketing campaign through the evaluation of onsite & digital communication channel plans and creative in collaboration with marketing team.
- Translate campaign plans to inspiring creative briefs and actionable direct marketing plans.
- Track all campaign related performance and collate trend analysis.
- Pull and consolidate reports of digital communication channels & ecommerce campaign performance using data visualization tools/SQL.
- Weekly & monthly sharing with the team of these key trends and insights that can be used to optimize online store performance.
- Using data to propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities for commercial to drive key metrics.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Data Analytics
- Prior experience in data analysis in e-commerce/campaign management/digital marketing
- Comfortable with preparing data analysis & visualisation.
- Innovative and creative - continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes.
- Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge of SQL,Google Analytics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels to assist in the development of client-centric marketing campaigns.
- Meticulous and resourceful with good planning and organisational skill.
- The ability to assess and initiate things independently.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines
- Demonstrates ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and adept at problem solving.
- Team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Open-minded and take on challenges with a positive attitude.
