Senior HR Executive

Duration: 1 year contract
**Responsibilities**:
- **Core People Process: Employee Life Cycle**
- Initiating and overseeing the complete employee life cycle, managing seamless onboarding, offboarding, and tracking probation confirmations.
- Design and execute a comprehensive New Employee Onboarding Programme (NEO), providing resources and support for new hires to integrate effectively.
- Regularly update organisation charts where necessary to reflect any internal organisation movements. Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of contractors, managing processes from onboarding new hires to contract renewals and handling the OPL (Operational Performance Level) process, ensuring seamless and efficient management of contractors.- **Employee Engagement Initiatives**
- Support on internal communications, and facilitate setup of employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to HR Newsletter, celebrations etc.
- Develop, execute, and support a variety of internal engagement events from ideation to execution.
- Brainstorm ideas for HR initiatives and events to help impact our culture.
- Craft, edit, and prepare communication narratives and copywriting for internal communication channels.
- Support COEs from a logístical standpoint on annual programs such as Talent Reviews and Trainings. Collaborate with teams to create strategies that promote a strong company culture and boost employee engagement.- **HR Project Management**
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects.
- Ensure successful project outcomes, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. Allocate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring that the right people are assigned to the right tasks based on their skills and expertise.- **Compliance Policy Rollout**
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure policies are legally compliant and regularly updated.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the effective rollout and communication of HR compliance policies throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about changes in labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and initiate updates to HR compliance policies accordingly. Management of monthly staff discount usage tracking, encompassing communications with employees regarding compliance with usage limits and meticulous monitoring of any non-compliance instances.- **Scaling HR Shared Services**
- Establish the foundational framework for scaling HR shared services, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficiency in service delivery.
- Streamlining and automation of HR processes wherever possible to help HR shared services implementation.
