Regional Key Account Manager, Asia-pacific

To realize the growth potential of the Asia market, Gildan is looking for a Regional Key Account, Asia-Pacific. The Regional Key Account Manager, Asia-Pacific will oversee distributors across ~ 10 territories.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Interactions with Customers/Distributors:
a) act as a liaison between Gildan Singapore and its distributors or other clients (“ **Distributors **”) in order to ensure a good business relationship and to resolve, in accordance with Gildan Singapore company policy and as authorized by Gildan Singapore, any differences and/or problems which may arise, including but not limited to problems associated with satisfaction with the Goods, shipment of the Goods and/or invoicing of the Goods;
b) inform Distributors about promotions and discounts being offered by Gildan Singapore, as determined by Gildan Singapore following pricing guidelines established by Gildan Singapore or the Sales, Marketing and Distribution head office ;
c) present new products to the Distributors;
d) represent Gildan Singapore at industry events, including trade shows and open houses organized by Distributors for their customers;
e) ensure that the Distributors maintain proper and adequate levels of inventory;
f) assist Distributors with the tracking of orders for purposes of the Gildan Singapore growth incentive program (or other similar programs);
g) assist Distributors with their use of money received from Gildan Singapore under the co-op advertising plan (if applicable);
h) manage the sales team under his responsibility (if applicable);
i) only carry samples of the Goods to show to the Distributors but shall not maintain or carry any inventory;
