
Customer Experience Executive

$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that customer experience excellence is delivered within the business, culture and values.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive on to our space.
- Answering phone calls and perform service calls.
- Respond to all requests in a timely manner, including knowing products, knowing services and being ambassadors for the space.
- Resolve disputes and issues with residents and customers and take ownership of feedback.
- Ensure customers are retained on company’s platform.
- To perform shift duties including and not limited to collecting payment.
- Ensure that the reception desk is professionally always manned and keep the desk neat and tidy.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
