**Education Outreach Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Logistics and Event Coordination:

- **Coordinate logístical requirements for running workshops with schools, clients, and charities.**:

- Organise trainers’ time tables and relevant resources needed for successful event execution.
- Manage schedules and timelines to ensure timely and efficient organisation of all events.

Outreach and Relationship Building:

- Actively contact schools and educational institutions to promote our workshops and events.
- Establish strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other educational stakeholders.
- Onboard new schools to utilise the Cyberlite.org platform, such as providing support and training to schools and educators.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement of our programs and services

Communication and Promotion:

- Ensure schools and clients are regularly informed about upcoming workshops, programs and events
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in education, community management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Management, or relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in event coordination, logistics, or outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to education and outreach.
