We are seeking a **Business Development Manager**to lead sales growth and build strategic partnerships in the **luxury interior furnishings**industry. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on **high-value interior projects**.
- Identify and build long-term relationships with **architects, interior designers, property developers, and affluent clientele**.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for exclusive luxury brands in Singapore and the region.
- Represent the company and its curated portfolio at exhibitions, design fairs, and private networking events.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on pricing, profitability, and business expansion plans.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, materials, and craftsmanship to consult clients with confidence and authority.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience**in business development or account management in luxury sectors (e.g., designer furniture, interior materials, architectural products, or high-end real estate).
- Strong network in the **home residential or luxury interiors or luxury furniture**market is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of **closing premium sales**and managing key accounts independently.
- Highly polished, confident communicator with exceptional presentation and client engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a **self-starter attitude**and commercial acumen.
- Prior experience with **entrepreneurial or profit-share environments**will be advantageous.
