Asst / Manager, NGEMR- Change Management (Contract)

**Job Description**:
This is a 12 month contractual position.

NGEMR is a large-scale strategic digitisation initiative involving two of Singapore’s largest public healthcare clusters in the pursuit of seamless, effective patient-centric care.

At TTSH, we embrace population health management to integrate acute hospital care with care offered by a network of care partners at the regional health and community levels. Through enhanced decision support, data integration and other exciting new features available in the to-be system, NGEMR is poised as an enabler in transforming patient care delivery.

The incumbent will be part of the Division of Transformation which holds a dual focus in facilitating organisational excellence and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the implementation and operationalization of the change readiness plan in a timely and effective manner
Facilitate the organisation of change readiness activities at both systems and localised levels
Put in place structures and lead the development of workflow materials as a driver for effective change communication
Oversee change management issue tracking and resolution, with a focus on changes to user workflows arising from the system transition to NGEMR
Coach stakeholders and prepare them for their roles
Provide post go-live change management support
Assimilate the reflection and documentation of the change transformation journey and learning insights for future organisational learning within the hospital and across the cluster

**Requirements**:
Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of working experience
Familiarity with the healthcare setting and processes will be an advantage
Experience in stakeholder management and project management
Organised and meticulous
Must be an excellent team player with good people skills
Fast learner and astute in grasping and responding to matters arising and dynamics in a fast-paced environment
Tolerance for ambiguity and able to operate under conditions of imperfect information with resilience, with agility to sense-make and pivot in the face of changing circumstances
