**JOB PURPOSE**
The Programme Management Office (PMO) is the custodian of project management standards and governance to promote good project management practices and improve project delivery outcomes. The PMO provides critical project information to senior management for better decisions and execution. As a PMO team member, you play a pivotal role in the management and coordination of large-scale and complex digital health projects.**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage vendor/partner to ensure that the project delivered meets requirements and milestones.
- Engage stakeholders to propose remedial actions with a view to keep project within approved budget.
- Manage and coordinate different aspects of the project, such as issue tracking, change management, training, deployment, integration, etc.
- Address interdependencies across multiple national systems.
- Highlight any risks to facilitate business decisions by senior management.
- Provide secretariat support for monthly Taskforce meetings to provide status reporting.
- Escalate issues at senior management platforms for resolution and decision making.
- Support Project Owner and Sponsor in tabling NHG’s positions at national governance committees.
- Work collaboratively with user leads, vendor/partner.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Pharmacy or Finance, with experience in managing the implementation of pharmacy or finance IT projects.
- Experience in managing vendors/partners to deliver large, complex IT projects.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare IT systems, processes and tools is an added advantage.

- Able to operate with significant independence and mínimal supervision as a key contact point to end users, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
- Expected to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to push for quality service at the most cost-effective price.
- Team player with strong negotiation skill. Able to collaborate with and influence internal and external cross-functional partners towards results.
