Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and market training programmes to meet industry and professional development needs.
  • Collaborate with programme managers, subject matter experts, and trainers to design curriculum and organise training materials.
  • Manage participant registration processes and coordinate pre-programme preparation materials.
  • Handle procurement of training resources, process payments, and manage billing and fee collection.
  • Conduct comprehensive post-programme evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify training needs and opportunities for new programme development.
  • Support programme delivery and ensure smooth execution of training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Completed at least a Polytechnic diploma.
  • Preferred disciplines include Business, Accountancy, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with AI tools for programme development.
  • Prior experience in training coordination, business operations, information technology, or tax matters is advantageous
