This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases. **Responsibilities**: - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in lending (credit card/ consumer loan/BNPL), payments, finance, FinTech, or eCommerce space. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external parties. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results. - Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguities, competing priorities and tight deadlines. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in lending (credit card/ consumer loan/BNPL), payments, finance, FinTech, or eCommerce space. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Focused on continuously enhancing the customer experience through improvements in operations. - Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other departments to achieve goals.
