The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- The Regional Warehouse team provides all sellers with flexible, affordable, and seamless warehouse solutions, enabling them to be more competitive and better serve their buyers. We work closely with the local markets to manage and drive improvements in daily operational practices and long-term strategic initiatives.
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated associate to join our Regional Warehouse team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, executing and overseeing various initiatives aimed at improving operations. This role presents an excellent opportunity to deepen your problem-solving abilities by tackling some of the most complex challenges in the e-Commerce industry and flexing their analytical skills in a dynamic, data-driven working setting. - ** Analyse current warehouse fulfillment operations and processes** across multiple warehouses across markets to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- ** Develop and implement strategies** to enhance warehouse productivity, including workflow optimisation, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
- ** Lead continuous improvement projects** to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency while maintaining high standards of service
- ** Utilise data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs)**to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
- ** Collaborate closely with regional warehouse managers** and be hands-on in implementing pragmatic improvement initiatives
- ** Develop best practices handbooks** and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in warehouse operations
- ** Codify best practices** and ensure adherence across all warehouse locations within the Southeast markets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management within the ecommerce industry, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements and cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to travel to Southeast Asian markets to implement initiatives with local teams
- Experience leading and executing projects focused on process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to overcome implementation challenges
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
