What you'll be doing:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of operational functions, processes, and business metrics, including P&L components and cost structures.
  • Manage and drive customer operations BAU, ensuring efficiency and quality in transactional workflows.
  • Contribute to operations optimization projects, including process improvements, solution building, and supply chain logic enhancements.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify insights and support cost optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement new operational initiatives and monitor their impact on performance.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong data analysis abilities, familiarity with SOP and workflow design, and understanding of system design to support technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven problem-solving and solution-building capabilities, customer-centric mindset, impact-oriented approach, and effective communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce operations and business context.
