As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for reaching out to leads generated from our online campaigns and engaging them to book appointments for our luxurious facial treatments. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with potential clients and be an integral part of our spa's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact leads generated from online campaigns via phone calls.
- Introduce our spa's luxurious facial treatments and emphasize their benefits.
- Listen to potential clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Schedule appointments according to the availability of our spa professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and appointments.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address potential clients' inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for beauty and skincare.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software
