**About The Role** As our Corporate Partnerships Manager for Gojek Singapore, you will be responsible for the growth of our GoCorp business in Singapore. You will lead a team focused on acquiring and developing strong and trusted relationships with key corporate partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring team success in achieving ambitious targets. **What You Will do**: - ** Sales strategy and planning**:Build, maintain and communicate a comprehensive sales strategy and tactical plan for growth. Set sales forecasts and targets for the team - ** Client management and negotiations**:Design and build commercial models to lock in key accounts. Influence, persuade, negotiate with partners effectively and ensure timely call to action. Provide strong post-sales support ensuring best in class account management and high partner satisfaction - ** Team management**:Build, train and manage a strong team of sales executives. Set KPIs and monitor team’s progress and productivity - ** Project management**:Design pitch processes and materials. Evaluate existing processes and provide recommendations on optimizing. Analyze and leverage products / services / program characteristics to meet partners’ demands - ** Analysis and reporting**:Be at the forefront of industry trends and bring in key competitive insights. Prepare and communicate key performance metrics across the organization - ** P&L and budget ownership**:Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and business planning **What You Will Need**: - BA/BS degree or above with outstanding academic performance - At least 6 years of sales or business development experience; team management experience preferred - Track record of driving sales and meeting sales targets - Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure; ability to work through uncertainty. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Structured in thought process and ability to creatively drive home messages - Ability to think creatively and be data-driven about complex issues or problems, and develop and execute on impactful recommendations and action plans - Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally - Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment **About The Team** The Strategic Partnerships team is a key part of the broader Gojek Singapore organization, responsible for shaping and executing our demand-side partner strategy.
