**PURPOSE** Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is a newly formed function within Takeda with the objective of enabling Takeda’s business strategy, delivering simplification and cost reduction, improving service and providing a transformation engine for continuous improvement for Takeda. **"Building and Delivering Simplified and Innovative Solutions"** is our overarching vision with Patients at the center of all that we do. The HR Transformation Transition Manager, Growth & Emerging Markets (GEM) will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR project activity associated with major business change programs. Reporting to the Regional Transformation Lead, GEM and working closely with the HR Business Partner team, the role will blend both knowledge of HR processes and best practices with a clear understanding of the project management discipline. The role will also play an integral part in ensuring the management of the transitions: - Manage project plan following the transition methodology. - Lead stakeholders through project phases. - Monitor and report on project progress, raising risks and escalate where necessary with stakeholders and leadership. - Ensure quality of knowledge transfer and ramp up to support a successful go-live (including metrics). - Coordinate hyper-care monitoring with local POCs and People Solutions workstream leads. **ACCOUNTABILITIES**: - Flexibility in working hours will be necessary due to global nature and demands of the role and organization. - Devise and own the HR Project plan and ensure key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders. - Work with the HR Business Partners and project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within timeline. - Interpret and represent key HR policies, such as redundancy and reorganization, and communicate with the HR team and managers in the business. - Clearly and concisely present and communicate key people data to HR colleagues and other stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner. - Devise and manage a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders. - Track and monitor progress and escalate business risks where appropriate. - Collaboratively work with the HR Community. **QUALIFICATIONS** Education and Experience - Required: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or HR. - 4+ yrs Business Experience in a complex global environment, ideally including pharmaceutical industry experience. - Extensive HR experience from both the business as well as the global shared services / BPO operations. - Practical understanding and experience in key HR processes and practices. - Proven background in managing projects and a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practice. Skills and Capabilities - Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of processes and methodologies applicable to project management. - Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods. - PMP Certified. **Competencies and Behaviors** - Strong customer service focus. - Continuous Improvement capability and challenging the status quo. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with evident relationship building with professionals of all organizational levels.
