**Key Responsibilities**(including and not limited to the below):

- Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention across all functions.
- Design and implement programs for leadership training, succession planning, and talent development, ensuring a pipeline of high-performing leaders.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to drive transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Business Leadership and the APAC HR Functional team to understand the priorities and challenges, thereby designing business and people centric HR Interventions for employees.
- Assist staffing team in creating and implement a Workforce Plan that contributes towards the immediate and future growth of business
- Driving localization of workforce in Singapore and creatively identifying ways to identify and integrate local tech talent into TCS and ensuring mobility of aging expats in lines with statutory requirements.
- Create purposeful and meaningful engagement at work through EWP measures

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Total experience of 15 years
- Experience of working across different HR sub functions - HRBP, Talent Management,, Talent Acquisition & Resource Management.
- Previous experience in leading diverse teams
- Sound knowledge of HR processes
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment
- Process oriented with eye for details
