As our global talent network expands, we’re seeking a **Head of Talent Services** to ensure every creator experiences world-class support, consistent engagement, and real growth outcomes.

While this is a fully remote role, priority will be given to applicants in APAC or US region.

**Role Overview**

The **Head of Talent Services** will oversee and elevate our Talent Services operations. You’ll be responsible for leading a team that manages model brand onboarding, performance coaching, and long-term retention and growth through strategic brand placement and coordination of high-impact PR opportunities while also managing the execution and coordination of **brand partnerships and deals** secured for talent under management.

You’ll design processes that ensure top-tier relationship building with brands, strengthen model relationships, and contribute directly to revenue through relationship-driven brand activations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Services Management**
- Lead the **talent services department**from brand positioning, onboarding to performance optimisation
- Serve as the key escalation point for high-sensitivity relationship issues
- Monitor talent sentiment, risks, and retention through structured feedback loops
- Own weekly/monthly check-ins, strategy call structure, and talent success systems
- Interface with 3rd party PR agencies and brands to actively source new opportunities for the company

**Team Leadership**
- Hire, train, and manage a team of **Talent Services Managers or Coordinators**:

- Set clear KPIs for engagement, retention, communication quality, and impact
- Drive operational excellence by building scalable SOPs and service delivery standards

**Brand Deal Management**
- **Act as the liaison between talent and brand/PR/partnership teams** to ensure smooth deal execution
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals for model brand partnerships
- Ensure models meet brand guidelines and professional standards during campaigns
- Track the status and success of partnerships to inform future brand deal strategy

**Public Relations & Visibility**
- Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to position top-performing creators for external press, podcasts, and events
- Coordinate with the Head of Talent Management to oversee model readiness for public appearances, interviews, and brand-aligned media opportunities
- Manage internal approvals and coordination between creators and external media/PR agencies
- Track the impact of PR placements on creator performance and agency reputation

**Strategic Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Executive teams to ensure cohesive model support
- Work with Legal and Privacy to maintain boundaries and regulatory compliance
- Influence new service offerings and retention tools based on model needs and feedback

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in **talent services, talent success, creator management, or brand management &/or PR, with customer experience leadership**:

- Experience working directly with influencers or talent on **brand or sponsorship campaigns**:

- Proven leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Comfortable navigating sensitive content, discretion, and high-trust relationships
- Understanding of creator platforms, social media and/or adult content monetisation is a strong plus
