Job Profile Summary:
We are looking for a talented Head of Talent Management to lead the talent and succession management function to deliver strong bench strength to the Company’s core and critical roles and retain key talent within the Company.
- Lead the design and implementation of the Company’s talent and leadership development program with a strong focus on strengthening pipeline for succession into key and critical roles
- Work closely with each division to identify and review key and critical roles within each business unit with a clear understanding of leadership bench strength for each role
- Identify key development gaps for identified successors and work closely with business leaders and the HR business partner to create targeted opportunities for accelerated development
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to pipeline prospective external talents for roles where bench strength is weak
- Continually work with the team to review internal talent management processes and suggest ways to automate and operate more efficiently
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to deliver talent related metrics and insights for management reporting and discussions
- Involved in division specific or regional HR projects from time to time

Working Experience
- At least 10-12 years of HR experience with focus in later years in talent management, succession and leadership development.
- Experience in business partnering preferred.
Education
- Degree in Human Resource or other discipline
