Timezone Singapore is now looking for venue team leaders who have solid experience working in Retail/F&B/Hospitality/Tourism-related industries. An incredible opportunity to be involved and contribute to our expansion

**Basic Job Function**:
Responsible for the efficient and profitable running of the venue, including team supervision members and training to ensure all team members are proficient in company systems and standards i.e., guest service, product knowledge, and operating the point-of-sale system.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent guest service to all guests.
- Supervise team in accordance with company practices.
- Manpower Planning and weekly duty rosters.
- Ensure stock levels and merchandising are in check.
- Reconcile all cashier takings and monies.
- Coach employees in all aspects of systems and operations including guest service standards and venue presentation.
- Log any incidents required by the business.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Excellent interpersonal and strong oral presentation skills
- Ability to lead and manage a large team of full-timers and part-timers.
- Take initiative and creative problem-solving processes.
- Sound computer skills and knowledge to operate the systems and company programs.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a large retail environment, in a supervisory role.
- Someone who is hands-on is at the ground with the venue team, and able to stand long hours as per business requirements.
- Diploma in Business Management/ Retail/ Tourism Management or related disciplines.
