**Associate Global Mobility Counselor** Overview**:
You will have the responsibility of working with our business line who leverage Plus’s **Point C technology** for their mobility program. This involves working in a team-oriented atmosphere and managing benefit requests coming through the Point C queue. These requests include benefit selection, benefit support, and guidance. You will build sustainable relationships with relocating employees through open and interactive communication.
**Classification**: Full-time
**Working Location**: This is a remote (home office) position is open to Singaporeans

**What would your day look like as an **Associate Global Mobility Counselor**?**
- Communicating with internal and external customers using an omni-channel, order, chat and phone queue platform
- Serving as a first point of coordination for the relocation management process for designated clients and their relocating employees through various forms of communication
- Interpreting mobility benefit policies and assess options available to relocating employees to ensure a high level of customer experience
- Educating and advising relocating employees on expectations, expenses, timelines, service options, and resources
- Serving as the first level of contact for escalation resolution
- Learning and executing each client’s culture and philosophy toward mobility to develop and maintain customer loyalty
- Coordinating and managing mobility services as relocation benefits are initiated
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement service improvement opportunities and program enhancements
**The qualifications we are looking for in someone include**:

- 3 years of experience in a customer service, consultative and/or administrative role
- Ability to work effectively in a chat management system
- Ability to work effectively in an order queue environment and follow FIFO (first in, first out) guidelines
- A customer-first mindset with natural empathy
- Adaptable to new demands, priorities, and challenges
- Self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an omni-channel, order and/or phone queue environment preferred
- Experience working in a chat management system preferred
